Arrival Times

Each week, our cleaner may serve different clients in various suburbs, resulting in varying appointment times. We offer a 1-hour time window during which we expect the cleaner to arrive (e.g., 10am-11am). Generally, earlier appointments allow for a more accurate estimate of the arrival time.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure safe access to the property for the cleaner at the scheduled time. If you prefer to be present during the cleaning, please contact us the day before the appointment to confirm the arrival time. Refer to our Cancellation Policy if you are unable to provide access for your booking.

Due to factors like traffic, parking, and unexpected delays in prior cleanings, we cannot provide exact arrival times. Therefore, we operate within a 1-hour time window for arrival. Upon request, the cleaner can send you a text message as they depart from the previous appointment to provide a brief heads-up.


Payments

  • The customer agrees to pay at completion of service.
  • Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or direct deposit.
  • Direct deposit payment must be made prior to the next scheduled weekly or fortnightly service if the service is ongoing.
  • A 50% deposit is required at time of booking for an End of Lease or Move Out Clean.
  • Payment can be either made by cash, direct deposit or credit card with the balance to be paid on completion of the clean.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 24 hours notice = No charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice = $50.00 charge.
  • If the cleaner arrives and cannot access the property = Full charge.

Terms of Service

Shreenath Cleaning Services connects customers with independent cleaning professionals. Using our services is subject to the Terms & Conditions outlined on our website and How It Works page. All appointments are bound by our Terms & Conditions, which are referenced in all communications sent between Shreenath Cleaning Services and our clients.
